Can a Vaporizer Help Smokers Quit Cigarettes? Recent Studies Say Yes

Washington, D.C. resident Alexandra Kapitanskaya is one of numerous e-cig users who claims that her new “hobby” made her leave tobacco behind. In an interview with CNBC correspondent Kate Rogers, Kapitanskaya claimed that her e-cig use has helped her ditch her half-pack-a-day habit. In addition, she stated that her “more healthful” choice has saved her money; despite an e-cigarette unit itself costing $50 to $200 each, the special e-liquid she vapes only costs her $15 monthly. With all the information above, it would appear that e-cigs and vaporizers from companies like Carolina Vapor Mill may have scientific backing as cessation tools, but it’s important to point out that these devices are not cessation tools per se. Existing information should still be taken with a grain of salt. Still, it’s comforting for avid puffers to know that they have a good alternative if they want to kick their old habits to the curb.
